Had Enough of Kline? Vote Rowley!

From Mike McIntee:

Things worked out so well with the first version of the "had enough" video that the Executive Producer and the musicians who did the song have done a special version specific for Coleen Rowley's race against John Kline. It also happens to be 60 seconds long... perfect for TV or radio use.

Follow the bouncing ball and sing along as it's "Time to throw John Kline out".

Howie Klein (Executive Producer of the music) is willing to help out other progressive campaigns with this video. He's done custom audio versions for several congressional campaigns and Mike McIntee is cutting the video versions as fast as he can. If you know of a U.S. House or Senate campaign that could use this kind of help, contact Mike.

Got a blog? Post it up...

And vote Coleen Rowley!

The video looks even more awesome now than it did in the first iteration. And everyone who's told me they've seen it, loves it.

Tomorrow the new version of the song and the video for the Jerry McNerney/Dirty Dick Pombo race (CA-11) will go up at Crooks and Liars. And over the next few days, blogs supporting various progressive candidates will start rolling out their candidates' videos.

Oh, speaking of progressive, remember, please, that we're not just some arm of the Democratic Party. There are loads of reactionary Democrats, who support the Bush/corporate agenda. We're just campaigning for independent-minded progressives (like Coleen), not for Big Business whores or clueless hacks who happen to have a "D" next to their name. Being better than a neo-fascist Republican is not enough of a qualification.

We have a list of candidates who we have endorsed so far-- and for whom we are raising money-- at our Blue America Page. That is also the place you can donate to the Blue America PAC where 100% of the money collected will go into putting 60-second radio spots based on the song on the air. No donation is too small. More info at our My Space page.
