Congressman Kline Bamboozles Taypayers

Say what? Let me get this straight, Congressman Kline sends out an announcement for the GOP's new interactive website: 'America Speaking Out", but taxpayers get to pay the bill?!

I don't have a problem with wingnuts and commies posting up to their new venue but really, in a time when my kid's school can't afford text books, we (yes you too!) are paying for it?

Hmm....tell me again how you are a fiscal conservative with our tax money Mr. Kline...

As Steve Benen says:"...Republicans will argue that all of this -- the website, the social media, the town-hall events, and the document to be released in September -- has nothing to do with the party's campaign efforts in the fall. They have to maintain this fiction with a straight face, in order to justify use of our money to pay for the effort.

This probably isn't the ideal way for the GOP to prove it can be trusted to spend the public's money wisely."

I shouldn't be surprised when John Kline used a quote from wingnut Sarah Palin's facebook account to promote their new taxpayer underwritten website. This is just one more in a long line of Kline gaffles to bamboozle the public...only this time, taxpayers get to pay for it...If you just would meet with your constituents when they request meetings, you wouldn't have to resort to campaign tools that taxpayer fund to find out what we want.

From Wiki: Definition of a confidence trick or confidence game (also known as a bunko, con, flim flam, gaffle, grift, hustle, scam, scheme, swindle or bamboozle) is an attempt to defraud a person or group by gaining their confidence. The victim is known as the mark, the trickster is called a confidence man, con man, confidence trickster, or con artist, and any accomplices are known as shills. Confidence men or women exploit human characteristics such as greed and dishonesty, and have victimized individuals from all walks of life.

In Kline's Own Words, He's Guilty of Dereliction of Duty

Minnesota Congressman John Kline in remarks delivered to his colleagues in the U.S. House of Representatives said 'Congress is guilty of Dereliction of Duty'....I couldn't make this stuff up folks and couldn't agree more in regards to John Kline! John Kline, an eight year member of Congress, says "It is a dereliction of public duty for this Congress to deliberately fail to pass a budget".

So when can we expect Congressman Kline who has repeatedly failed to meet the duties of office and provide for the citizens of CD2 to resign? Hopefully soon.
