In 2003, Kline voted with his Republican colleagues 99% of the time, and
with the Bush agenda 98% (Pioneer Press, October 18, 2004). In 2004, those
numbers dropped a bit, to 99 and 94, respectively...Kline also voted with indicted former House majority leader Tom DeLay more than 97% of the time.
