Kline's Record in Office Speaks In a Very Tiny Voice: He sponsored 12 bills...but ZERO have made it into law including one to fund expenses of the Education and Workfoce Committee he presides over.... "not more than $8,346,254 shall be available for expenses incurred during the period beginning at noon on January 3, 2012, and ending immediately before noon on January 3, 2013."
Kline's has Major Case of Laryngitis: He co-sponsored 264 bills...but only FOUR have made it into law. That would rank Kline 406 out of 440 in congress for enacting into laws bills that Kline has co-sponsored.
The Kline Motto of Party First...CD2 Voters and Country Last: Kline votes with the GOP 96% of the time...and 100% of the time with John Boehner.
Kline Stands Against the Enviroment: He wrote a letter on May 7, 2012 - In an effort to put the Keystone XL pipeline on the fast track and avoid any EPA efforts.
Kline has been in office since 2002... Are you better off for the years he's spent in office? Is the economy, schools, government, roads...? There is a better alternative.

Well, April 6, 2011 Chairman John Kline of the Education and Workforce Committee issued a press release :
U.S. House Committee on Education and the Workforce, chaired by John Kline (R-MN), today held a hearing to examine wasteful government spending detailed in a recent report by the Government Accountability Office (GAO).
The report, entitled “Opportunities to Reduce Potential Duplication in Government Programs, Save Tax Dollars, and Enhance Revenue,” found several instances of overlapping federal programs, including 82 individual teacher quality programs and 47 separate job training programs administered by multiple agencies.
“We all have a responsibility to eliminate waste, fraud, and abuse of taxpayer dollars and make the tough choices necessary to streamline federal programs within this committee’s jurisdiction,” Chairman Kline concluded. “A failure to act when confronted with such compelling evidence of waste would be indefensible.”

OK, Chairman Kline please explain your comment of over a year ago - “A failure to act when confronted with such compelling evidence of waste would be indefensible.”
The Republicans control the House and you have FAILED to move the legislation forward … what so that Mitt Romney can have a campaign issue … (oh and by the way, the Obama Administration agrees with many of these cuts … the FAILURE starts and ends with Chairman Kline.)
Let us also remember that other aspects of Chairman Kline’s Education Reform has been opposed by the U.S. Chamber of Commerce. The Chamber has been outspoken about two of Chairman Kline’s bills reauthorizing the No Child Left Behind Act calling them bad for taxpayers and bad for students.
Heck, even the easy ones, Chairman Kline has problems with. Take the Red Bull Leave problem … it was known about in October of 2011 … and he finally rushed it to the Floor before another Recess last week … there was no debate about the bill EXCEPT for one question that Mr. Kline ignored - “Why didn’t this go through normal channels?” … in the end, it passed on a voice vote with my guess four Minnesotans (Cravaack, McCollum, Paulsen and Walz) and the Delegate from Guam being the only ones on the floor (as they were the only ones to speak)
John Kline has been a FAILURE …
It’s past time for the Second District to have Responsible Representation in Washington and not a Washington Party Boss playing games.
The worst that could happen would be for apathetic voters to allow Romney and Kline to assume power.
